I want Liquid Soul by Matthew Carter! Going to google it now.
ReplyDelete=)
It's a fairly short read, J Kaye. I have read several book blogger's reviews on it and every one has been VERY positive! I have a feeling I will get it read in no time.. looks very devourable!
ReplyDeleteHi Jamie- I like how you post book covers too... May I borrow that idea in smaller form if I get the time! LOL
ReplyDeleteI'll be interested to hear how you like Benny & Shrimp. I almost got that.
Martha.. YES!! I do it because it's easier! LOL. I go to goodreads.com and in the right hand corner of the book's page there's a link that says "Blog it". I use the large but Medium is what I used in the "In My Mailbox" posts. Plus, it links to the synopsis and all!
ReplyDeleteLove the cover of Liquid Soul and I've heard good things about Benny & Shrimmp around the blogosphere. Happy reading :-)
ReplyDeleteI hear great things about Benny and Shrimp. Hope you enjoy it!

I'm jealous you have Benny and Shrimp, I tried so many times to win that from penguinusa
You're welcome for the award. You are absolutely right.. you have to be in the right mood for certain genres. I am kind of in the dark fantasy, vampirish type books. Maybe I am in a dark mood?? LOL.
ReplyDeleteShandi Mitchell is obviously a fantastic writer. Based on the little bit I read, it's beautifully written and I just KNOW it's going to knock me off my feet! Just maybe not for a month or two..lol.
I definitely feel fortunate that I received Benny & Shrimp to buzz is positive about it. I got it thanks to J Kaye's referral list!
Haven't heard of any of these books, but i checked them out on GoodReads - Benny & Shrimp sounds real nice.
