There is nothing like the aroma of coffee. As a little girl, I loved the smell of it. My mom was a coffee drinker. She would meet with her friends on the weekends. They would drink coffee, play cards and just chat.
I've always thought of coffee as a social drink. "Let's meet for coffee!". "Come over for dessert and coffee". I drink tea when I want to relax and coffee when I am with friends, getting going in the morning or just want the extra boost from a good cup of java.
I like my coffee hot. I like my coffee iced. I like my coffee with cream and sugar. I like my coffee with flavored creamer. I especially adore Coffee-Mate creamers. I have a funny story- I had planned to make a rice pudding using the Dulce de Leche Coffee-Mate. THREE times I attempted to make it but... I kept burning or under cooking the rice. It wasn't meant to be! So sad! I do plan to try it again in the near future. I have to go buy more, though. Ha! I have been drinking both flavors daily.
