Many thanks to Betty Crocker for helping me #SpreadCheer |
This past four day weekend was absolutely glorious. Thanksgiving was spent with family and it was an awesome day. Friday was glorious and I got so many of the items off my to-do list that I want to faint. Ha.
The best part. though, was this:
Em and I made some super easy sugar cookies (We used Betty Crocker's Sugar Cookie mix that I found at Albertson's. There's a GREAT coupon to save $0.50 when you buy ONE (1) Betty Crocker™ Cookie Mix)!
She is so proud of making the cookies allll by herself *wink wink* . She wants to be more independent and helpful and Betty Crocker's cookie mixes help her since they are super easy to mix and are really yummy!
This was such a perfect opportunity to #SpreadCheer. Instead of going to town on the cookies ourselves, we thought that since they were made with 100% heart... they would make a lovely gift for our neighbors as a sweet way to spread cheer!
After she lovingly decorated the cookies with trees, we put them in sweet gift boxes and glued red/white stripes paper around the box.
We delivered them to our neighbors' mailbox with a note to spread the cheer!
