I went over to your other blog, and I am right there with you. Wanted to comment on your post over at Frugal, Green and Gluten Free Mom but the comment box was not working, for some reason.<br /><br />By the way, we are starting a gluten-free casein-free diet for our boy all based on anecdotal stuff. A trial period to see if we see any changes, if not, well we won&#39;t go back to the way we ate (reading labels certainly makes me see what junk we truly have been eating) we will go more whole foods..for sure. Good luck to you Jaime as you go gluten-free...baking is a bit difficult I am finding.
