They were my introduction to the urban fantasy genre and she remains my favorite urban fantasy author. One of my students brought me the books to read in class one day. I think I read the four books in about 4 days. <i>Iron Kissed</i> was not one of my favorites but I enjoyed all the others. I just thought it dragged a bit. <br /><br />I&#39;ve not read any of Patricia Briggs other writings although I hear that they are worth a read also!<br /><br />Happy Reading! I just read the synopsis and bought Moon Called and loved it. Enough so, I have ordered the entire series. I didn&#39;t even know that it was such a popular series, which is cool by me because I feel this series deserves it&#39;s popularity. Generally, books that are so hyped are generally nothing but hype and I run run run faster then a werewolf! LOL<br /><br />I also steer cleared of the Sookie Stackhouse books for that reason alone until a friend, whose opinion I respect and trust, recommended them and I bought Dead Until Dark which I really liked.
