Hahah:) I am not quite sure what Hulu is actually, I got sucked in into watching dramas thanks to my friend who sent me Full House and My Name is Kim Sam Soon (both are awesome) and then it was like a snowball, no going back!
I think you will definitely love Secret Garden, it was the best drama I have ever seen!
Are you also into Kmusic? It's quite addictive, too!

BUT, unlike you, I couldn't stand the Princess Hours.. I just really, reaaaally dislike the actress.. and the actor! ;_; Sorry!
